The coaching includes workouts, remote support, and progress tracking – all customized to your needs. 💪🔥
2. Whatsapp and Online Coaching 📱
Want to join a coaching program anytime, anywhere, without any schedule pressure? With Online coaching, you'll receive a personalized workout and nutrition plan, allowing you to train at your own pace—whether you're in Finland or anywhere in the world!
Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or a healthier diet, you'll get clear instructions on nutrition and exercise, along with plenty of virtual motivation! Communication, progress tracking, and check-ins are handled conveniently through WhatsApp and email.
This is a perfect option if you're looking for flexibility and independence in your coaching—but still want real results! 💪
3. DUO-Coaching 👫
Workouts are always easier (and more fun!) when you have your partner, child, or friend with you—especially the one who always says, "We really should exercise more!" 😅
With duo coaching, you'll get support for your workouts, a customized nutrition and training plan, and most importantly, great energy! The program is tailored to both of your goals, whether it's a shared lifestyle change, weight loss, muscle building, or overall well-being improvement.
I'll guide you through equipment, weights, machines, and techniques so that you can continue training independently and safely with your workout plan. You'll also receive plenty of practical advice and tips for a healthier lifestyle.
Training together boosts motivation and makes the journey to better health even more enjoyable! Plus, duo coaching is also more affordable. 😉
4. Group fitness 👫👫👫
I occasionally organize group fitness sessions in different locations, depending on requests, weather conditions, and my schedule. Yksittäinen treeni-/valmennuskerta sopii etenkin niille, jotka haluavat muutaman yksittäisen tunnin vaikka saliharrastuksen käynnistämiseen tai toivovat tietoa terveellisistä elintavoista eikä pidemmälle valmennukselle ole vielä ajankohtaista tarvetta.

I'm a Personal Trainer student (IntensivePT), a Bachelor of Social Services, and an active mom of one. In my twenties, I fell in love with strength training and holistic well-being. Encouraged by my friends, I decided to further my education and become a Personal Trainer.
As a social work professional, I understand that well-being is influenced by many factors. But as a fitness coach, I also know that the foundation of good health is built on exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate recovery.
My coaching style is approachable, solution-focused, firm, and encouraging. Thanks to my background, I have the skills to support people even in the toughest life situations—so trust me, nothing fazes me as a coach!
